How Do I Change Access To Being Able To Add, Edit, And Delete Items?

Click on the Settings Button on the Main Canventory Toolbar. 
 


 

If the 'Allow Edit Control For Lookup Tables' is checked, the Lookup Tables will have the full toolbar available to allow you to add, edit, or delete the data in each of the lookup tables.

Note:  This can be very dangerous.  If an item is deleted that is in use in any of your saved items, the selection will be reset to 'Not Selected'.




If the setting is not checked, you will only be able to use the arrow keys to move up and down through the lookup tables list.


 

If the 'Allow Adding/Editing/Deleting Collection Items' is selected, all the items in the Tools menu will be enabled at the appropriate times.

If the 'Allow Adding/Editing/Deleting Collection Items' is not selected, all the items in the Tools menu (except HTML Print) will be disabled and you won't be able to Add any new Collection Items, Edit any existing items, or delete any existing items.
