Click on the Settings Button on the Main Canventory Toolbar.
Note: Adding/Editing/Deleting all work the same in all Lookup Tables so the same process can be followed for all.
Click on Breweries in the list on the left. Click on the '+' button in the toolbar above the main table. As you can see below, this will add a blank row to the table.
To edit an already existing item, simply select the cell in the table and make your changes.
You must fill in the Brewery Name, City Name, and State.
If all the information is correct, click on the checkmark button in the toolbar.
If you've changed your mind and would like to cancel the new item, click on
the 'X' button.
After you've saved your item, your new item will be placed alphabetically in the list.
You will then be able to select your new item in its corresponding list.
In this case, it appears in the Brewery dropdown of the Add/Edit Item Dialog.
If you decide that you do not want a Brewery in your list anymore, you can select it in the table and click on the '-' button to delete it. Keep in mind, however, that if you have this Brewery saved to any item in your collection, the Brewery selection will go back to being 'Not Selected'.
