There are a couple of different ways to search your collection of Beer Cans, Trays, Tap Handles, and Other Items. The following will show the capabilities for Beer Cans, but all items would be searched on in the same way.
Just above the display area, there are two dropdowns - one for Can Type and one for Can Size. Selecting an item in either one of these lists will change the display of beer can images to match the selections in the dropdowns. There is also a 'In My Collection' checkbox. Checking or Unchecking this will display either all cans that you have marked as being in your collection or all cans you did not mark as being in your collection.
At the top of the left hand panel, you can enter keywords in the prompt and then click on the little beer can with magnifying glass image. This will result in beer can images being displayed that have labels or additional info that matches whatever keywords you typed in.
To have a more Advanced Search, click on the ‘Advanced’ button...
A dialog will pop up showing you a list of already saved searches and will give you the ability to Add New, Edit, or Delete Existing Searches.
For any Saved Search appearing in the list, to apply the search to the display area, simply select the search in the list and click the 'Go' button.
To add a new Search, click on the 'Add' button and the following screen will open.
Enter a name for your search and then fill out any other fields that you would like to search on. When you are finished, click the 'Ok' button.
To edit an existing Search, click on a search in the list and then on the 'Edit' button. The following screen will open already filled out with whatever information that had been saved in it. You can make changes to whatever you like and then click the 'Ok' button to save the changes.
If you decide that you want to delete one of your saved searches, click on the search in the list and then on the 'Delete' button. You will be asked to confirm that you really do want to delete the search before it will be deleted.
